Through mutual agreement, products can be obtained at cost (by either East Coast Medical or Siyakhanda Medical services) from the manufacturers, avoiding additional costs to end users.
KWA-DUBE MEDICAL was formed out of our desire to comply with the BBBEE
codes of good practice. Certain customers and products were transfered to this new
company with a 51% HDI ownership. As the present economic climate favours
BBBEE development, Kwa-Dube Medical will come to the fore more prominently
as this fledgling company is developed to its’ full potential. 51% of the Members of
Kwa-Dube Medical are HDI employees of East Coast Medical who will
benefit from this new venture.
