The KanMed Warming Cabinet is designed for safe and fast warming of Gel Pads, but it can also be used for warming infusion fluid, towels, blankets,etc.

Unit circulates warm air for heating. The temperature is pre-set to 42 deg C, but can easily be changed to anywhere between 38 and 50 deg C.

Unit is prepared for mounting of shelves or/and baskets . The shelves/baskets, on roller bearings, can be pulled out completely.

The door is easy to open and close, with double insulating glass.

The cabinet is sound and heat insulated.

The use of stainless steel and high quality components ensures a very long lifespan.The fan is the only moving part, with a spare fan mounted in the heating compartment.

The only maintenance is cleaning and an annual temperature check.

The combination of a KanMed Operatherm 202, KanMed Anti Pressure Gel Pads and a KanMed Warming Cabinet is a safe and efficient way to keep your patients warm before, during and after surgery. Furthermore the Gel Pads reduce the risk of pressure sores.

The KanMed Anti Pressure Gel Pads are extra soft Polyurethane gels designed to minimize the risk of pressure related skin damage. The softness is very well defined to allow optimal pressure distribution. The gel will not separate, even under the hardest pressure. The surface “skin“ is extra tough to provide strength, a long lifetime and a hygienic surface. They are easy to clean and handle.
